Craig believes in placing a high emphasis on people as people are the key to building a successful organization. Through a keen understanding of human resources, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, and information technology Craig's passion is to link people, strategy and process together to create a patient-centered, high trust, high functioning and developmental culture.
Under Craig's leadership his previous company was awarded top service in Calgary three consecutive years (2014-2016), earned an industry leading Net Promoter Systems (NPS) score for its customer centric culture, and realized a world class employee culture (Gallup Q12). During his tenure, the organization became a teaching site for learners from the University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine, published its innovative model in the Canadian Journal of Diabetes and designed, and developed and implemented proprietary web based software.
Craig’s formal education includes both business and kinesiology with practical experience in the public accounting, oil and gas and the health sector including over 10,000 hours of coaching experience in the area of lifestyle management.
Craig’s is a husband to an amazing wife, father of three beautiful girls and a lifelong health and sport enthusiast including experience as a collegiate volleyball player.
