Emily’s style of treatment is primarily exercise based, using program planning, motivational interviewing and manual therapy to help patients achieve their goals. She has a keen interest in exercise science and strives to foster independence in her patient through individualized treatment plans.

Outside of work Emily loves spending time outdoors, either skiing, hiking or camping, and is determined to improve at mountain biking.
